NeXTcube mini

This is a 3D-printed miniature of the well-known NeXTcube from NeXT Computer, Inc.

This project is a labour of love that I have been working on for a very long time. The model you can buy here is a 1:2 replica that I designed with the greatest care and attention to detail, based on the original.

Originally I wanted to offer it as a fully assembled and functioning device with all electronic components. Unfortunately, the strict EU regulations for the trade in electronic devices put a spanner in the works. For a hobby project like this, I would have incurred huge costs just to sell an assembled Raspberry Pi-based computer.

So I decided to sell it as a kit in two versions. One version with blank, printed parts, and one where all the printed components have been sanded and painted afterwards.

The models do NOT contain any electronic parts (Raspberry Pi, power supply).
